Mike Wevill FCA

Mike Wevill joined the firm in 1966, passing his Chartered exams in 1971 and becoming a partner in 1972. Mike is the partner responsible for the general running of the Launceston office as well as having a large and extremely varied client base. Mike’s interest in the more technical aspects of tax, in particular, have led him to specialise in both income tax and capital tax planning. He also has considerable expertise in setting up and monitoring self-administered pension schemes. Mike is qualified to give independent financial advice and is the partner responsible for compliance issues within the practice. |

Colin Hill FMAAT

Colin Hill joined the firm in 1972, passing his Accounting Technician examination in 1978 and becoming a Fellow Member of the association in 1994. He was a senior manager in the firm for many years before being made a Partner in 1999. Colin’s considerable experience in dealing with tax matters and growing businesses has led him to specialise in servicing those clients requiring business development advice. In addition to this Colin, as partner in charge of the agricultural department, has responsibility for a large proportion of the firm’s clients from the farming community. Colin is also qualified to give independent financial advice. |

Andrew Baker BA FCA

Andrew Baker joined the firm in 1988, passing his Chartered Accountancy examinations in 1993. Since being appointed a partner in 1999, Andrew’s technical skills have led him to specialise in corporate and taxation work. As audit partner he is now responsible for the large majority of the firm’s corporate clients and has a keen interest in business development strategies. Andrew is also the partner responsible for information technology. |
